Madison Drake, APC

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Whether you're looking for support for your child, your teen, or yourself as a young adult woman, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

I work with children, teens, and young adult women who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, difficulty setting boundaries, and questions about identity or faith. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood.

Together, we'll make sense of what's keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to handle life's challenges. Whether that means learning to manage anxious thoughts, helping your child build emotional resilience, setting healthy boundaries without guilt, or creating more balance in your everyday life, our work will be tailored to what matters most to you.

I believe therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, and play therapy to meet each client where they are. My focus isn't just on helping you get through today—it's on creating lasting change that helps you move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

If your faith is an important part of your life, I'm also happy to incorporate Christian counseling into our work together. We'll thoughtfully integrate biblical principles with evidence-based therapy in a way that honors both your mental health and your relationship with God—always at your comfort level and never as an expectation.

You don't have to be the 'strong one' all the time. Therapy is a space where you can set that down for a while. I believe this should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and encouraged. My hope is that each session leaves you with greater confidence, practical tools, and the reassurance that healing and growth are possible.
